Many people want to lose weight and do many different diets, but we must begin to consider that you should not stop eating or eat much. We tested two diets you can do:
 
The Mediterranean diet

Here are the main dietary guidelines:
• Total fat consumption should be less than 35% of the energy consumed, and saturated fat can not exceed 8%.
• You should consume chicken or fish twice a week.
• Up to seven eggs per week can be taken.
• Milk, cheese or yogurt should be consumed daily.
• Red meat can only be eaten once or twice a week.
• You can consume one or two glasses of wine a day.
Breakfast
• A coffee with milk.
• A slice of bread with olive oil.
• A glass of natural orange juice.
Appetizer
A piece of fruit. 
Food                                                     
•Stewed lentils. 
• Meatballs with peas and carrots.
• Strawberries with cream.
Snack
• Fresh cheese with honey.
Dinner
•Mixed salad.
• Baked fish with roast potatoes.
•A yogurt.
                                          
 The DASH Diet
With the DASH diet, you can eat food from all of the food groups, but eat more of the food that are naturally low in salt, cholesterol and saturated fats. It will also include food that are rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and fiber.
Breakfast
• Whole turkey and tomato sandwich.
•An orange.
• A green tea.
Appetizer
• Pineapple.
Food
• Roasted pork loin with brown rice and beans.
• A salad of lettuce.
Snack
• Carrot sticks
Dinner
• Pasta with natural tomatoes and mussels.
-Gelatin without sugar.

-What buy the people of my class on the café:

The people of my classroom buy mainly neapolitans, sandwitch amd don't eat nothing. We think than the people of my class their'd to eat more good. Only one person buy drinks.

-What eat for breakfast the people of my class:

The people of my class eat milk with cereals and orange juice. The people eat more good but other five people don't breakfast.

-What sports do the people of my class:

More people don't practice sports but more people play football, basketball and dance.
